Harvest America Ventures is first and foremost, a consulting firm dedicated to teaching and training.  With decades of experience in Culinary Education, we are well versed in the needs, issues and opportunities that will define the future of education for chefs and managers.  Our goal is to assist programs in the process of defining the direction that they will take.
